Our billing process

Monthly readings

Readings are pulled on the 25th of each month. Our billing process ends by the 30th.

Bills go out

E-bills go out the very next day after the billing process is completed. Printed bills go out, at the end of the month and should arrive around the 1st.

Bill due date

Your bill is due on the 15th of each month. A 10% penalty is applied on the 16th for any bills that have not been paid in full.

Delinquent penalty due date

A delinquent service penalty of $50. will be incurred at 8:00 a.m. on the 25th of the month.

Cut offs

If payment has still not been received by the 26th your service is subject to be cut off. If services are cut off payment in full is required and someone over the age of 18 or older MUST be home when services are restored.
