Finance

The Finance Department manages the city’s financial affairs.  All receipts and disbursements are administered through this department. Responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, taxation, utility billing and receipts, payroll, retirement, insurance, debt management, risk management, purchasing, fixed assets and record retention.
