Our E-Billing program

How you can sign up

You may sign up for our E-Billing (electronic) billing program anytime! It’s easy, just email ebilling@munford.com or request it at the time you establish service.

What to expect

With E-Billing you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. Please be sure to add ebilling@munford.com to your email contacts, so your e-bill does not end up in your spam folder.

Payment options

• You can sign up for ACH Bank Draft. This will allow the City to debit your bank account automatically on the 15th of each month. You will no longer have to write the City of Munford a check or come to City Hall to pay with your Credit card. To sign up for Bank Draft you will need to complete a form and turn it into the City of Munford for processing. This process can take up to 45 days to activate.
• You can go to the City of Munford web site at www.munford.com and pay your bill on-line.  You will need your account number to log in on line.
• You can come to City Hall and pay your bill in person with either Check, Cash, Credit/Debit Card or Money Order. Credit/Debit cards are accepted by phone, but only by calling the pay by phone number (877) 768-5046.
