For a two week period the community works together to clean up the city including our own residences. The City will advertise the dates of the event which usually takes place in the spring.
Details
The City obtains roll-off dumpsters for debris removal, that remain on the City Hall parking lot for two weeks. These dumpsters are for all citizens to use for extra garbage, household items, outdoor debris, etc. This is NOT an event for disposing hazardous materials.
Clean-Up Day
On one of the Saturdays during the two week period we will have a Clean-Up Day using volunteer groups to get the most highly traveled roads litter free. Groups/Volunteers will be provided safety vest, bags, and transportation to the site.
